o lThe cement lining had become detached from the pipe allowing corrosion to create the l

hole. The area around the hole was UT inspe'ted to determine sound base metal, and a l [i

i g 16" X 6" carbon steel patch was welded over the hole. The pipe will be replaced during g l the next refueling outage, and a study is in progress to the long term suitability of l lall cement-lined piping.
