Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Unit 2 Technical Specifications which would extend temporarily the core spray pump flow rate surveillance test frequency.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Applicption.
