Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Station Electric Distribution System Voltages By letter dated August 8,1979, re:
Adequacy of Station Electric Distribution System Voltages, it was requested that we review the station's electric power systems to determine if there are any events or conditions which could result in a simultaneous or consequential loss of both required circuits to the offsite network. We were also requested to perform an analyses of the onsite distribution system powered from the offsite network to detennine the adequacy of this system to start and operate all safety related loads without the need for manual load shedding.
We are currently in the process of performing the requested analyses; however, it will not be possible to sutmit the results of these analyses within the 60 days stipulated in your August 8,1979 letter.
We have obtained the services of a consultant and the analyses are currently being developed. The time required to develoo the input parameters, run the analysis, and review the results preclude a sutmittal within the requested 60 days. We expect to subnit a report to your office by November 1,1979.
