Gentlemen:
Thank you for your '.etter of August 31, 1979, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the item of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC
Operating License No. DPR-55 brought to your attention in our letter of
August 9, 1979.
In addition, based on discussions with station management
on September 11, 1979, it is our understanding that the deficiencies occurred
prior to licensing of the facility and that a program for maintaining drawings
up-to-date as a result of changes to the facility exists.
Further, it is our understanding that corrective actions will be initiated
for any deficiencies in working file drawings identified on all safety related
systems for Oconee Units 1 and2 prior to the end of the next refueling outage
,or each respective unit.
