9 CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS _:

First unit was restarted and returned to service.

Drywell temperature recched 145.75 degrees'F.

Within two hours of the deviation the dryviell temperature was returned to within Technical Specification limits.

Drywell entry on 9-9-79 confirmed that a steam leak existed in drywell on flange at 2B21-00ll.

Leak was repaired vhile unit was down.
