Thank you for your letter of July 11, 1979, in response to our letter dated
June 4,1979, and the attached Notice of Violation. As a result of ouc
review, we find that additional information is needed. Specifically,
ur
description of recurrence ecntrol neasures is too general to be adequately
evaluated.
You are requested to provide additional information regarding "a difference
in interpretation of requirements" and to amplify your statement that
" Procedures to control activities affecting quality will be written and
issued as needed."
You are requested to provide the additional information within twenty days
of your receipt of this letter.
