An acceptable HNP-1-9400 was not perforr*d b;; 2 indicating increrable jet pop (s). An unacceptable jet pir p integrity was run.

The understanding was that after the Test Shop had checked and calibrated in-3 strumentation an acceptable 9400 would be perfomed. The instrur=ntation checks were not cogleted that day and it was overlooked that an acceptable
