This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. A. Fasano of this office
on October 12-15, and 21,1976 of activities authori::ed 'o . NRC License
Nos. DPR-50 and CPPR-66 and to the discussions of vur fincings held by
Messrs. Fasano, Spessard and Sjostren with M . Coli:: c' your staff at
the conclucien of the inspection.
Areas e:r, Ned during this inspection are described in the' Office of
Inspecticn and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this
letter.

Our inspector also verified the steps you had takan to correct the 1:en

1976.

NP.C's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.

days of your receipt of this notice, a written state =ent or erplanation
in reply including:
(1) corrective stepc which have been taken by you
and the results achf2ved; (21 corrective steps which will be taken to
avoid further itens >f nonce =pliance; and (3) the date when full cc pliance
will be achieved.
