Dear Mr. Stello:
A follow-up revi s of the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Monthly Operations Report for July, dated August 10, 1979, indicated that unit shutdown and power reductions No. 13 was incorrectly listed as No. 14.

Attached is a revised page to replace the incorrect page in that report.
Carolina Power & Light Company regrets that this error has occurred and hopes that no problems have resulted.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact my staff.
Yours very truly,

3 N/A CB GENERA Reactor Scram an APRM flow biased upscale. The APRM flow biased up-scale was caused while placing the B recirculation loop in service following a trip of the B recircula-ting pump M-G set.
The I?-G set had tripped on low lube oil pressure following a motor and breaker failure on one of two operating M-G set lube oil pumps. The standby lube oil pump failed to start on loss of the operating pump.
(1) Checked all recirculation flow units and transmitters. All were within limits but lowest one (Unit C) was readjusted.
(2) Performed functional test on flow Unit C.
Results satis factory.
