Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Your IEB-79-11 requesting action by South Carolina Electric & Gas Comapny within sixty (60) days with regard to faulty overcurrent trip device in circuit breakers for safety related systems has been reviewed.

As a result of our investigation into this subject, we have determined that none of (W) type DB-50 or DB-75 breakers are used in safety related systems. No further action is required and this is considered a final report.
