Tnank you for your letter of May 29, 1979, in response to our letter dated April 26, 1979. As a result of our review, we find that addi-tional informaticn, as discussed with you during a telephone call on June 12, 1979, is needed. Specifically, for Item A. you do not state the specific actions taken to prevent recurrence.
For Items B.l. and 8.2., corrective action relative to the identified travelers in NRC Report No. 79-01, is.not addressed. Your response to Item C. does not address correctivs action regarding the specific welds identified in NRC Report No. 79-01.
We understand that all training sessions have been documented and attendance was noted.
Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
