License ::c. CPPR-66 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 16-26, 1975, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in conformance with your cc mitments to the Cc==ission as indicated below:
A.
Contrary to the commitment in FSAR Section 3.8.1.6.5 and Project I
Specification 25550-30 to construction of the reactor building in j
accordance with ACI Standard 301, cube strength testing to censure the seven day compressive strength of the grout used for the post tensioned tendons was not perfomed.
B.
Contrary to the ec=mitment in FSAR Appendix C, Section 3c.l.4 to construction of the post tensioned syste= in accordance with the ASME B&PV Code,Section III, Division 2, tests to ceasure the chloride and nitrate concentrations of the grout used for the post tensioned tendons was not performed.
C.
Contrary to an accepted industry code, ACI Ccemittee 349, " Criteria for Reinforced Concrete Nuclear Power Contain=ent Structures," a special caterial requirement and test to measure the alkalinity of the wet grout mix used to fill the post tensioned tendon ducts was not performed.
