Atendment No. 4 is in response to your Technical Specification Chance Requests hes. 007 and CCB, both dated May 10, 1978, to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License CPR-73.
The arenccent consists of the following:

Changes in license Paragraph 2.C.(2), and in Appencix A, Technical Specifications.
We have ceterninec that Amenccent H0. 4 dces not authorize a change in effluent types or tctal arounts nor an increase in pcwer level and will not result in arf sicnificant environmental incact.
