The ficclear Regulatcry Cecmssion (the Ccmission) has found that:
A.
The issuance of this license ar'endrent cceplies with the standards and requirencnts of the Atcuic Energy Act of 1954, as arenced (the Act) and the Cemissicn's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; 5.
The facility will operate in confernity with the license, as acended, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Comission; C.
There is reasonable assurance (1) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities vill be ccnducted in cot'pliance with the Ccmission's regulaticns; D.
The issuance of this acendnent will not be inimical to the cerron defense and security cr to the health and safety cf the public; and E.
The issuance of this cmentrent is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Cemission's regulations anc all acclicable recuirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the atenced Facility Cperating License fic. CPR-73 is hereby anenced by changing the Technical Specificaticns as indicatec in the attachnent to tbH lice.m e amendrent.
Paragraph 2.C.(2) of acended Facility Ocerating License i:c. DPR-73 i::
