As we discussed on the phone, attached is the draft environmental assessment for the Palo Verde exemption to use a larger pellet diameter. We would appreciate any comments or notice of no comments from you as soon as is reasonable, since Arizona Public Service Company requested that we issue the exemption, if possible, no later than August 19, 2019. In parallel, I am working on the Federal Register Notice to publish the environmental assessment.
I have encrypted the adobe file with a password which I will send in a follow-up email.
