RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF 1 2019-000319 11 1 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RE~~~SE D INTERIM Iv" I FINAL PART 1.D -- COMMENTS Region IV staff have confirmed that on-site inspections of the canisters were conducted and the assessment was documented as part of the escalated Enforcement Action (EA-18-151 ), which is already publicly available, and may be located in ADAMS at ML19072A128. In addition, a follow up response letter from Holtec is also publicly available in ADAMS at ML19119A259. The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) was also tasked to search. No additional responsive records were located.

We note that, on June 20, 2019, you sent an email requesting a fee waiver and challenging the initial fees assessed for search time. After conferring with the program offices involved, we consider this request moot, as there are no billable fees associated with this request.
