[External_Sender] FOIA Request Monday, Julie 03, 2019 5:37:48 PM Today (June 3, 2019), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) presented a webinar regarding the NRC's decision to allow Southern California Edison (SCE) to resume downloading. A NRC representative stated the NRC has conducted a safety review of the first four canisters downloaded with SHI Ms at the nuclear waste site located in San Onofre.
Pursuant to my rights under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide any and all documents related to this investigation as well as any documents related to the conclusion(s) reached in this investigation. If costs for producing these writings exceeds $1500 please notify me, otherwise proceed. Also please include my partner mseverson@amslawyers.com in your response.
