TI 2800/038, Inspection of the Implementation of Increased Controls for Licensees Authorized to Possess Risk Significant Radioactive Material, has been deleted from the inspection program. The requirements of this TI have been completed.

TI 2800/039, Verification of Licensee Responses to NRC Requirements for Inventories of Materials Tracked in the National Source Tracking System Pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 20.2207 (10 CFR 20.2207), has been deleted from the inspection program. The requirements of this TI have been completed.

IP 36100, Inspection of 10 CFR Part 21 and Programs for Reporting Defects and Noncompliance, has been revised to conform with formatting requirements in IMC 0040, based on a periodic review.

IP 40001, Resolution of Employee Concerns, has been deleted. All relevant portions of this inspection procedure have been incorporated into other procedures.

IP 60705, Preparation for Refueling, has been deleted from the operating reactor inspection program, but remains an active procedure in the decommissioning inspection program.

IP 60710, Refueling Activities, has been deleted from the operating reactor inspection program, but remains an active procedure in the decommissioning inspection program.

IP 60845, Operation of Inter-Unit Fuel Transfer Canister and Cask System, has been revised as a periodic review to conform with formatting requirements in IMC 0040.

IP 60854.1, Preoperational Testing of an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility Installations at Operating Plants, has been revised to conform with formatting requirements in IMC 0040, based on a periodic review.

IP 60855.1, Operation of an ISFSI Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation at Operating Plants, has been revised to conform with formatting requirements in IMC 0040, based on a periodic review.

IP 60856.1, Review of 10 CFR 72.212(b) Evaluations, has been revised to conform with formatting requirements in IMC 0040, based on a periodic review.

IP 71013, Site Inspections at Plants with Timely Renewal Applications, has been deleted. All inspection activities associated with this procedure have been completed.

IP 85420, Inspection of IAEA Safeguards for Inspections at Power Reactors, has been deleted from the operating reactors special and infrequent inspection program. This procedure will remain active for the security special and infrequent inspection program.

IP 92050, Review of Quality Assistance for Extended Construction Delay, has been deleted from the operating reactors inspection program. This procedure will be moved to the construction inspection program until it can be combined with another construction procedure.

IP 92712, Resumption of Normal Operations After a Strike, has been revised to reassign the responsible branch and make minor grammatical edits.
