In Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA), proposed a License Amendment Request (LAR) to implement MCNP6 as an additional computer code for criticality applications at UUSA. In Reference 2, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) responded with a request for additional information (RAI). Reference 3 provided response to NRC questions and changes made as a result of the Reference 2 RAI.

Pursuant to verbal discussions with NRC staff, UUSA herewith provides supplemental response to the Reference 2 RAI. Enclosure 1 contains the UUSA Safety Analysis Report Markup Pages. Portions of Enclosure 1 have been highlighted to denote the supplemental changes. Enclosure 2 contains the URENCO USA (UUSA) MCNP6 Validation. Revision bars identify supplemental changes in Enclosure 2.

Enclosures 1 and 2 are intended to replace the UUSA Safety Analysis Report and URENCO USA (UUSA) MCNP6 Validation previously submitted to the NRC in References 1 & 2.

UUSA considers the information provided in Enclosures 1 & 2 proprietary and requests that the information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). affidavit supports this withholding request.
