By letter dated September 13, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession Number ML18262A215), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC dba URENCO USA (UUSA), requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approve an addition to the existing Nuclear Criticality Safety Validation Report with an amendment to the UUSAs Safety Analysis Report for Material License SNM-2010.
The NRC staff has evaluated your request and based upon our review we require additional information to assist us in completing our review. This request for additional information is detailed within the enclosure. Your response and the information should be provided to us within 30 days of the date on this letter.
