REQUEST FOR PUBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE - NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (TAC NO. L53129)
United States Maritime Administration (MARAD), Docket No. 50-238, Nuclear Ship SAVANNAH (NSS), Baltimore, Maryland Date of application for amendment: June 19, 2018.
Brief description of amendment: The amendment revised the Technical Specifications to establish and incorporate reporting requirements for a Process Control Program, an Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, a Radioactive Effluent Controls Program, and a Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program.
Date of issuance: June 18, 2019.
Effective date: As of the date of issuance and shall be implemented within 60 days.
