submitted for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review Topical Report (TR)

BAW-10227P, Revision 1, Supplement 1P, Evaluation of Advanced Cladding and Structural Material (M5) in PWR [Pressurized Water Reactor] Reactor Fuel.

The NRC staff conducted a regulatory audit to increase their level of knowledge and understanding of the topic and associated methodologies on January 30 through 31, 2019, at the Framatome facilities in Lynchburg, VA. The results of the audit will provide additional support for the NRC staff safety evaluation of the TR. The audit report is enclosed.
