FOURTH EXTENSION REQUEST FOR NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT 3-2017-003 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Huntington:
This confirms receipt of an email on December 10, 2018, from Ms. Cami L. Davis, Senior Vice President, Chief Employment Counsel for System One Holdings, LLC, requesting a fourth extension for System One Holdings response to the subject Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notice of violation (NOV). We understand the reason for this extension is that you have been informed by the NRC staff that the information you requested via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request will be provided to System One on or about December 20, 2018. We hereby acknowledge your request for an extension, and grant that extension until January 14, 2019. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 of the NRC's "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," of 10 CFR Part 2, Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings and Issuance of Orders, a copy of this letter and any associated correspondence will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, which is accessible at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
