THIRD EXTENSION REQUEST FOR NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT 3-2017-003 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Huntington:
This confirms a telephone conversation and receipt of an email on November 14, 2018, from Ms. Cami L. Davis, Senior Vice President, Chief Employment Counsel for System One Holdings, LLC, requesting a third extension for System One Holdings response to the subject Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notice of violation (NOV). We understand the reason for this extension is that you are still waiting for the information you requested via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, which we have assigned number 2018-00742. We hereby acknowledge your request for an extension, and grant that extension until December 14, 2018.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 of the NRC's "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," of 10 CFR Part 2, Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings and Issuance of Orders, a copy of this letter and any associated correspondence will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, which is accessible at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
