CHANGE IN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE FOR SHALLOW LAND DISPOSAL AREA UNDER THE FORMERLY UTILIZED SITES REMEDIAL ACTION PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Huizenga:
In accordance with Article II of the Memorandum of Understanding Between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Coordination on Cleanup & Decommissioning of the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) Sites with NRC-Licensed Facilities and Article III of the Specific Memorandum of Understanding Between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the NRC, the U.S. Department of Energy - Office of Environmental Management, and the National Security Administration, this letter serves as formal notification of a change in the NRCs principal executive for the Shallow Land Disposal Area (SLDA), located in Parks Township, Pennsylvania.
