RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO SUPPLEMENT ADMENTMENT 4 TO THE HFC-6000 SAFETY PLATFORM (EPID L-2018-TOP-0041)
Dear Mr. ODonnell:
By letter dated November 20, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML18331A167), HF Controls (HFC) requested additional time to provide supplemental information for the Topical Report, Submittal of Non-proprietary Information for Amendment 4 to the HFC-6000 Safety Platform. HFC requested to provide its supplemental information in January 2019 instead of the original date of early December 2018.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff finds the proposed submittal date of January 2019 acceptable.
