WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST 18-01 TO AUTHORIZE GREATER URANIUM-235 WEIGHT PERCENT IN FEED MATERIAL (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER: L-2018-LLA-0182)

Dear Mr. Padgett:

We have reviewed your letter (LES-18-143-NRC) dated November 2, 2018, (Accession Number ML18310A102), withdrawing the amendment request transmitted by letter (LES-18-050-NRC) dated May 30, 2018, (Accession Number ML18157A073) to authorize Uranium-235 feed material greater than 0.72 weight percent, but less than 1.0 weight percent. In accordance with your request, we have stopped work and the Enterprise Project Identifier L-2018-LLA-0182 has been closed.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publically Available Records component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
