Pursuant to the requirements of SNM-2010 License Condition 30 and in accordance with 10 CFR 70.34, URENCO USA(UUSA) hereby requests an amendment to Material License SNM-2010.
The proposed change in this License Amendment Request (LAR) is to UUSA License Basis Documents to allow UUSA to feed UF6 greater than 0.72 wt% 235U; but less than 1 wt% 235U. A License Amendment Request is necessary to implement this change as it requires NRC approval in accordance with.SNM-2010 License Condition 30.
UUSA considers the inform~tion provided in Enclosures 1 and 2 as proprietary information in accordance with *10 CFR 2~390(a)(4). UUSA requests that Enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure. Enclosure 3 Affidavit supports this request. provides a description and analysis of the proposed change, basis for the change, and safety significance oft.he proposed change. A portion of the basis for change has been addressed in Reference 1. Enclosure 2 provides the pages of the License Basis Documents proposed to. be rev.ised with the changes annotated on the pages.

that I am authorized on the part of said company to sign and file with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") this document; and that all statements made and matters set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:
- 1. LES wishes to have withheld from public disclosure the following document:
