4/

Po On May 19, 1975 a letter was sent. to you by Mr. Barrow of my office stating that the'Turkey Point Cooling Canal System was completed.

The letter requested that. the'requirement for Florida Power 6 Light. Company to submit the quarterly reports be discontinued.

We have had an internal communications problem on this matter.

The request for discontinuing the reports was premature.

Work is still underway on the cooling canal system.

We are now submitting Quarterly Progress Report No.

13 covering activities for.the 'per'iod of January 1 through Yiarch '31, 1975.

This

~eport, was due in April and we 'apologize for our delay in submitting. it.

Report No.

14 will be submitted by July 10 as required.

We are extremelv sorry for this mix-up.

Sincerely, W. Samuel Tucker', Jr.,
