VIRGIL C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST TO REVISE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TO CORRECT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR
Dear Mr. Lippard:
By letter dated June 29, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18180A242), you submitted a request to correct an administrative error in the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1, Operating License No. NPF-12. The proposed change would have modified the facility TSs to address a discrepancy between TS 3.1.2.6, "Borated Water Sources - Operating," and TS 3.5.4, "Refueling Water Storage Tank." Subsequently, by letter dated August 10, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18222A532), you withdrew the request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
