On June 29, 2018, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as an agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), submitted a proposed change to the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Unit 1 Technical Specifications under SECY-96-238 and 10 CFR 50.90. SCE&G has decided to withdraw this submittal (Reference) and resubmit a license amendment to revise the TS for approval in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90.
