By letters dated July 11, August 8, 1988, and July 28, 1989, you responded to NRC Bulletin 88-04 for Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
Your August 8, 1988, letter described certain corrective actions that would be taken during 1989 and 1990. It is requested that you provide the status of completed actions and the schedule for completing any remaining actions in order to bring this issue to closure.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefore 0MB clearance is not required pursuant to P.L.96-511.
