This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
F. Jape on December 4-6, 1989.

At the conclusion of the inspection,

enclosed Inspection Report.

areas, the inspection cor:sisted ot selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, an~ observation of activities
in progress.
In acccraance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2,
