SURRY POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 -
WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. M76872 AND M76873)
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
By letter dated May 16, 1990, you applied for an amendment to the Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2 Operating License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37.
The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to referencing an analysis of the main steam line break scenarios in the Operating Licenses.
Subsequently, by letter dated April 6, 1995, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
