SURRY, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING THE FIRE PROTECTION PROGRAM (TAC NOS. M86044 AND M86045)
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
By letter dated January 26, 1993, you applied for an amendment to the Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2, Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37.
The proposed change would have relocated the fire protection Technical Specifications to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report consistent with Generic Letter 86-10.
Subsequently, by letter dated April 23, 1996, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
