KUANG-CHI LIU OF ATOMIC ENERGY COUNCIL, TAIWAN By letter dated March 20, 1987, Mr. Kuang-chi Liu, Secretary General of Atomic Energy Council, Taiwan, requested information from Mr. Richard Vollmer concerning the screening criteria used by Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO) in selecting the systems which may be susceptible to single phase erosion/corrosion phenomenon at Surry Power Station.

Enclosed is our proposed response to his request, which includes a comprehensive report submitted by VEPCO to the NRC.
