CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS, SURRY 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-280 AND 50-281 6P+,0,~I C,f)7 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. W. L. Stewart, Vice President-Nuclear Operations, and Mr. H. C. Dance of my staff on March 3, 1983, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at 1:00 p.m., in the Region II offices on March 9, 1983.
We requested this meeting to discuss the October 16, 1982, incident of the Unit 1 containment spray system chemical addition tank being valved out when required to be operable by Technical Specification. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
