Confirmation of Meeting Arrangements e
This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. W. L. Stewart, Vice President-Nuclear Operations, and Mr. H. C. Dance of my staff on November 3, 1982, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at 2:00 p.m. at the Surry site on November 9, 1982.
We requested this meeting to discuss the recent incident of the Unit 1 contain-ment spray system chemical addition tank being valved out when required to be operable by Technical Specification. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
