On January 7, l982, we requested information concerning the Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment.
Our contractor (Franklin Research Center) identified information, in most cases referenced from your submittals, which we need in order to complete our review. This request now is a supplement to the January 7, 1982 letter.
We request that you supply this information within 30 days of this letter.
Please send a full submittal to Franklin Research Center (address in enclosure) and only the cover letter to us. Address the letter to S. Varga, Chief~ Operating Reactors Branch No. l. Please contact your Project Manager for further assistance in this regard.
This request for information was approved by the Office of Management and Budget under clearance number 3150-0065 which expires May 31, 1983.

The qualification documents,.e.g., the actual test reports and associated correspondence cited as evidence of qualification listed on the SCEW sheets, for all identified 'l'MI Action Plan equipment are requested.
[The identification of those reports considered to be proprietary is requested.so that proper control of documents can be maintained.]

Where the Licensee has a standard OWners' Group position with respect to a NUBEG-0737 technical area or has requested extensions of implementation dates, this information is requested in order to incorporate it into the review.
