Thank you for your letter of June 23, 1980, informing us of steps you have taken

to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC Operating

License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37 brought to your attention in our letter of May 27,

1980.

We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent -

inspections.

Additionally, we concur with your position on Item A of the Notice of Violation

that noncompliance did not occur.

We will therefore take action to remove the

item from our records .

We appreciate your cooperation with us.
