Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the Designated Federal Employee as far in advar1ce as practicable so that appropriate arrangenents can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such state::i.ents.

The Committee will hear and discuss a report by the Staff regarding criteria for evaluation of pipe breaks inside ~1d outside con-tainment.
'Ihe NRC Staff will also report on the basis for shutting down five nuclear plants to resolve piping questions.

Executive Session (Open) -
The Com-mittee will discuss matters proposed for discussion with the Commissioners regarding the timing and scope of the ACRS annual report on the NRC Safety Research Program, c~~bination of dynamic loads, including those generated by seisnic as a design basis for nuclear fac il i ti'~s, and use
- events, of probabilistic assessment in the licensing process.

The Committee will hear a report and hold discussions regarding the safety relateq -aspects of the Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor.
