This refers t.o the inspection conducted by S. C. Ewald of this office on
February 12-16, 1979, of activities authorized by NRC L_icense Nos. DPR-32 and
DPR-37 for the _Surry Pow.er Station facility, and to t.he discussion of our
findings held.with W. L. Stewart at the conclusion of the inspection and
with C. M. Stallings in*telephone conversations *on February 2~,:1979~
