Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of April 20, 1979, informing us of steps
you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning
activities under NRC License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37 brought to
your attention in our letter of March 28, 1979.
As discussed with Mr. Stewart on May 7, 1979, your response to
Item E of the Notice of Violation, enclosed by our March 28 letter,
is not considered adequate in that it does not address subsequently
identified problems with regard to labeling bags of contaminated
waste and contaminated materials.
Based on the information provided
by Mr. Stewart on May 7, we expect to receive a supplemental response
describing additional steps to be taken to correct noncompliance
Item E.
We will examine your corrective*~ctions with respect to
the other items of noncompliance during subsequent inspections.
