These accelerated aging parameters were used in test sequence l on page 10 of the test report submitted with VEPCO letter dated December 15, 1978.

2. - Provide the test rep9rt from Ha veg Industries showing the data of the -

measurements of phys*ical and electrical properties of the cable samples. This report was committed to be forWarded as an Addendum to the test report (Refer to item 6, page 12 of the test report s~bmitted with VEPCO letter dated December 15, 1978).
