-Supplement 3 Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submitted a subsequent license renewal application (SLRA) for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 to the NRG on January 30, 2018 (Reference

1) and supplemented the SLRA by References 2, 3, and 4. FPL committed in FPL Letter L-2018-059 (Reference

4) to provide a revised submittal that includes a complete version of.the SLRA incorporating the changes to the affected SLRA Enclosures identified in SLRA Supplements 1, 2, and 3 prior to the end of the NRG acceptance review period. Revision 1 incorporates the changes identified in References 2, 3, and 4 into the SLRA, addresses inconsistencies found in the Revision O of the application and includes some additional clarifications in several specific areas. These changes are identified by a revision bar in the application and enclosures.

Revision 1 of the SLRA consists of 5 Enclosures included on optical storage media (OSM):
