Nuclear Innovation North America LLC (NINA) submits the required update to the STP 3 & 4 FSAR and Departures Report which identifies and evaluates the departures and exemptions from the reference ABWR DCD consistent with 10 CFR 52 Appendix A, Section IV.A.2.b and regulatory requirements and guidance. There have been no Changes to the FSAR or any new departures from the referenced DCD since submittal of the Reference which remains the current revision ofthe FSAR and Departures Report for STP 3 & 4.

No changes to the Technical Specifications Bases have been made since issuance of the CO Ls.

There have been no additional significant ECCS model changes since the last annual report.

Therefore this letter constitutes the NINA annual report in accordance with 10 CFR 50.46 (a)(3)(ii).

Nuclear Innovation North America LLC (NINA) also submits the schedule for completing the milestones set forth in FSAR Table 13.4S-I, including the associated estimated date for initial loading of fuel, and for implementing the transportation physical security program and the strategies developed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2) as required by license condition 2.D.(l 3)(a) in the Unit 3 and Unit 4 Combined Operating Licenses.

As required by the above referenced license conditions NINA will provide the next update in 6 months.
