Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852-2738 South Texas Project Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos.52-012 and 52-013 Nuclear Innovation North America LLC 122 West Way, Suite 405 Lake Jackson, Texas 77566 February 5, 2018 07-C-NINA-NRC-180001 10 CFR 52 Submittal of Schedules Required by License Condition Nuclear Innovation North America LLC (NINA) submits the schedule for completing the milestones set forth in FSAR Table 13.4S-1, including the associated estimated date for initial loading of fuel, and for implementing the transportation physical security program and the strategies developed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2) as required by license condition 2.D.(13)(a) in the Unit 3 and Unit 4 Combined Operating Licenses.
There is no schedule for the start of construction and therefore there is no schedule for the estimated completion of the milestones set forth in Table 13.4S-1 or for initial loading of fuel, and for implementing the transportation physical security program and the strategies developed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2). As required by the above referenced license conditions NINA will provide the next update in 6 months.
