TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 6.9.1.5 ANNUAL REPORTS SALEM AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATIONS DOCKET NOS. 50-272, 50-311 AND 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby submits the enclosed Annual Reports for the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations, in accordance with Technical Specifications 6.9.1.5.a and 6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-70, DPR-75 and NPF-57.

Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.a, Enclosures 1, 2 and 3 are submitted for Salem Unit 1, Salem Unit 2 and Hope Creek, respectively. These enclosures contain tabulations on an annual basis of the number of station, utility and other

  • personnel receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/year and the collective exposures according to work and job function for each unit.

Since Salem Unit 1 and Unit 2 did not have any steam generator tube inspections completed in 1995, there are no results to provide pursuant to Technical SpecificaL_on 6. 9 .1. 5 .b of Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75. The annual report for :hallenges to Main Steam Line Safety/Relief Valves for the Hope Creek Generating Station, required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating License No. NPF-57, is contained in Enclosure 4.
