SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT I - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. 92022)
Dear Mr. Eliason:
By letter dated May 4, 1995, you applied for an amendment to the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit I, Operating License No. DPR-70.
The proposed change would have modified the facility Technical Specifications to extend, for one time, the interval for conducting the Containment Integrated Leak Rate Test until the end of the twelfth refueling outage.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
