SUBJECT:
RADIAL PEAKING FACTOR REPORT, CYCLE 7, SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT 2 By letter dated January 27, 1992, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted the Radial Peaking Factor Report for Salem 2, Cycle 7.
The enclosure to that letter was marked proprietary. However, the requisite affidavit was not enclosed.
The NRR project manager then made a verbal request for the affidavit.
By letter dated April 9, 1992, a non-proprietary version of the Radial Peaking Factor Report for Salem 2, Cycle 7, was sent to the NRC with a request to return the January 27, 1992, proprietary version of the report.
Proprietary copies received from PSE&G were the original, sent to the document control desk and one copy sent directly to the project manager.
Six copies of the proprietary version of the report were made for internal distribution.
Enclosed are the original, the copy sent to the project manager and 4 copies.
Two copies were reported as destroyed by the recipients. Therefore, all copies have been accounted for.
